- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love my doctor but the office staff need to work on some business skills. They never call me back when they say they will (this has happened at least twice). They were supposed to have something faxed to my insurance and never did; thus, screwing up my prescription (had to skip a few days). They tell me to go to the downtown office, so I do, and then they tell me I'm supposed to go back to Newburgh, even when they specifically write it on the appt card? (Also, vice versa, this has happened twice.) And they never apologize for their actions. One lady at the front desk was more interested in my baby than taking care of me, THE PATIENT. They always talk in a rushed manner over the phone, when you need to ask a question. Either suffer or go someplace else, unless you want to be screwed over a dozen times.December 24, 2016by A Google User
